activate   two small glands

they   snug by flush red

kidneys been there done that

but not without a hand  no

not for a long time   this

tighrope flat against the ground

my feet   toe-out  in tabi

find every inch   by memory

here the fear   of eyes

shocked with flared up

pain  tiny vessels  swollen

how do they all communicate

without me   in the absence

of danger  running drills

I hear the bells sing out 

hope without

the juice  you hear
