finish what you started
the procrastinator's war cry
the struggle within
conflict, crisis
dilemma
and deadlines....
they say that we are 90% water
therefore I am basically
an anxiety ridden cucumber
the phenomenon termed
'as interior crisis in a chaotic system'
what is it about me that attracts conflict?
is it my sarchotic nature?
here I am trying to live drama free
but leaving a wake of anarchy behind me
in constant warfare
with colleagues and family
now having to cut them short
for their insurgence is interfering
with my flow of ideas
and this to and fro
is no good for my dharma
merely attracts more drama
and I need to scream
release this pent up rage
and breathe...
and breathe...
don't forget to breathe
be the cucumber that cylindrical fruit
elongated with tapered ends
or perhaps just roll a joint
and breathe...
and breathe...
just breathe.
oh Janette! I laughed I screamed I knuckled up, love this. That damn cucumber. My son once yelled out in the supermarket "Mum do we need any husbands?"
ReplyDeleteLol:-) your comment made me laugh... Knuckled up and a few husbands a very indiscreet connotation.. reminds me of a friend oh my... blushing should have realised the door was locked for a reason:-/ took me a while to look at cucumbers again:-)
DeleteSurely the challenge has been thrown down Kerri a very different cucumber poem in the making. Would love to hear what you can come up with.xx
