Day ( for Milly)
I planted the frangipani
where I could see
imaginary grandchildren
climbing
where I want to drink coffee
and write
while Max the dog
sat guard out on the footpath
on his chain
keeping a miniature eye
on Brownie up the road
No better place to climb....and watch.
