  1. the carelessness of others
the treasure that is buried everywhere
    that school will educate
    or that learning can help
    that love will last
    or that love won't last
    I could've been a great saxophone player
and somehow there are healthy denizens
    of subterranean places
    sunlight isn't important
and I can do without sleep forever

      this love will last
      and this love won’t
I am smarter than you think
things are not as bad as they look
      somewhere there are healthy denizens
      of subterranean places
      I could've been a great sax player
      in a smoke-filled room
I will never lose my mind
      sunlight is not important
and I can do without sleep forever
