                hears voices
                and much
                else besides
                told me
                a story today

                about Jesus
                & the Buddha
                waiting three
                days together

                in the desert
                for the bus
                neither with
                much faith
                while they wait

                half-dead
                they're never 
                getting back
                Om Shanti
                never to see
                water again

                but if they do
                they promise
                their support
                should the other
                ever need it
                if the bus
                ever comes
