Kit Kelen #1050 - you tell me who

1050
you tell me who

first thought to knit the fairyland green
and one more green together

who wrote the song the unnamed sing
so high to each its perch

who cooked a cloud so snow would

and felled the mighty with mere time

strewed moss with all year falling
the lichen misted

and ran a river
laid a lake

who fluttered the leaf
who palmed the fern

who twined the vine
to run rings round

who feather fleeced the upper air
with higher than the hills

who whispered breezes
still now telling

do you hear the answer echo?

'it was no one
no one at all'
