6am I forgot to see
the sky
starred cream flowers
open
yesterday the country danced
felt feet stamp the
sorrow ground
to bees who beat veined
invisible
mile high wings the wind
a thousand mile
an hour when you weigh
a gram
a sunbeam
at the cusp
of all this DNA
you fly
