the years of obscurity are long, whichever way you look

however

given the length of eternity

and the incomprehensible scope of the universe

the plausibility of parallel and multiple universes

(and their ceaseless moment-to-moment proliferation)

I feel certain that just as there is a world somewhere

when I was emperor-god and wizard-in-chief

so equally it must be that my works

(and indeed my most casual musings)

will be lauded and memorialised

and examined to the minutest detail

published in a deluxe edition

like the thoughts of Enver Hoxha

but offering the reader

so much more pleasure
