the gods ate each other

that’s where they’ve gone

it’s what a sensible tribe will do

their flight crashed on lofty Olympus

there wasn’t much choice

they ate Captain Zeus first

that was the right thing in the circs

no point drawing straws

there was simply more of him

in another age it had been Cronos

had his father's balls

chowed down on the kids

when the going got tough

it's god eat god

when you fall out of heaven

so the captain knew what was coming
