Kerri Shying R - # 593 - how can something still alive be so damn still

all I do is eat   and think
about myself    the things
that fall  that bleed that
burble   the fluffernanigans
you’d  say  writ small

how can something still alive be so damn still

turn to the east for the answer
to that  all the leaves await
the rain  that’s mist and
yet to fall  we too   expectant
of a downpour   sit
