Maitland Road, 2304
Stacked with cotton bagged wound onto cardboard rings
the main drag sings my hard small wheels processional
for home not
yet a derelict of home but heart’s society
leaves long behind the
nicety of being introduced
I motion
side to side
well-wishing here the
current
holds us up heads
above the choppy sea our
lives
