RAPID

Rapid buildup
provoke conflict
deposits of oil
ground-attack planes
lay the foundation
people killed
collapsing walls
evacuate homes
nuclear power plants
the quake
mounting pressure
vote for the war
his lack of depth
engulfed in flames
