going away for a few days in May
you don't expect the wet season to arrive
but it has

for days the rain has come has filled
the large rain gauge almost to the top
this is weird

the wet season should come in November
maybe December instead it's now
not climate change

the man next to me on the plane agrees
the weather is skewed and running very late
at least three months
