consonant obstructs the flow of vowels. Fluidity is interrupted and it rings
instead of singing and chirping. In the enunciated the unbearable is being
precise. This is what I hear as death knell. For this land is where the
heartbeat should be seen through my skin. A land where you put your feet on my
hair. A land so far away from starvation. I mean and point at missing maternal
care. I mean unrequited love. A land far from the longing to die. A land
crafted and textured with knitted words and it’s not a mere verbal surface to
skate on.
Une consonne bloque le flot des voyelles. La fluidité est
interrompue et cela sonne au lieu de chanter et gazouiller. Dans l’articulé
l’insupportable précisé. Voilà ce que je comprends comme glas. Parce que ce
territoire se situe là où le battement de mon cœur sous ma peau est visible. Un
territoire où tu poses tes pieds sur mes cheveux. Un territoire si loin de
mourir de faim. Je veux dire et désigne le manque d’amour maternel. Je veux
dire un amour non réciproque. Un territoire éloigné de l’envie de mourir. Un
territoire fabriqué et texturé de mots tricotés qui n’est pas une simple
surface verbale sur laquelle
patiner.
