Sarah St Vincent Welch #116 Dahlias and shade (nod to MM)

succumb to dahlias
clumped tubers
spiked remnants
the garden's memory
bursts
yellow
dusk orange and blood
over white salvia, but

all I want is shade
that takes a lifetime
to grow

  2. I like the way it travels over the colours then ends in the shade. Great ending
