Undiscrimination
Show me a thriller of
a sausage curled
along a pine green
plate  beside tomatoes still
holding to the vine
 from whence they came
 splobbed sauce   specks of
things
you cannot get in your home pantry
see how kitchen folk
insert that
graphic  around the edges
plate dirt is the next thing
  you will learn to do
the camp
with mud-backed men
making circles  seeking water
with an army looking
on
discuss hamburger
emojis
pile up the clutter
my wifi

What a strange and wonderful poem, dear Kerri!
ReplyDeleteI second Rob! Love the eclectic somewhat surreal nature of the different images.
