Hello, I'm Michaela and I will be posting my paintings during May. Grateful thanks to Kit and Carol for allowing me to stay at their Markwell house on several occasions during their absence. The Markwell painting retreat marked a shift in my life, the outcomes of which are still unfolding.
How beautiful, the planes of shade and light, Michaela! The banana leaf backdrop is perfect, and evokes my own banana grove for me. Lovely painting.
