    1. Studio 2 you are Siobhan not Julie! Sorry about that - unfortunately, I can't edit that out below without editing out the whole paragraph. There has to be an easier way....apart from paying attention to my typos, and using the correct names the first time, I mean.

  4. Oh, thank you so much Robbie, Julie and Lizz! I worked so bloody hard on this little thing; trying to catch that ambivalent sense of loss together with the sense of escape as a work about simplifying my life which my friends and former colleagues see also as my 'disappearing' act - I didn't know whether that was communicated. In terms of the shifting sense of time, as soon as realised that it had appeared unintentionally in an earlier draft, I set about focusing on that too. But again, in honing everything I thought I had lost the punch of the poem, so thanks again for letting me see the poem through your eyes, (and rehabilitating it for me, too). Youz are great!
