a yellow wattle blaze
in green smoke
near C.S.I.R.O.
the flag of spring
rampant by the shaded path
its new gold lava melts the senses
each sunlet bears a seed

    wattle and springtime, classic, if you call that spring in Australia, it's definitely the yellow flowering time! Lava captures that profusion of yellowness.
