in a pool of tadpoles
shimmering

lazy light
curling round a stone finger
hazy height, nape of the moon
humid doom, yellow limpet
lonely light in a honeycomb

of memories in a flummery of forgetting
bead dreams flickering in a steamer, eyespecks of
coiling persiflage, nimble dipsomania
wavering light
hungry for night
