Reading your words created a feeling of a great distance between the shoe and Canberra, the earth and the thousands of cubicles where numbers were written on paper. This evoked a kind of internal external relationship ... and the hole as a link between the two? I enjoyed where I was taken in some early morning ponderings, and thank you!
