what Lizz and Rob said....reminds of how Greek yiayias would sit outside their semis here in Sydney (or at the door of their cottages in Greece). This is incredibly moving; an inspired example of reading cultural differences in absolutely everything that calls itself Australian.In other words, ethnicising everything, everyone, everyday because the energies of everyday life are contingent/partial/tactical.
