to be ashes that fly

and roam the world

breezing alone

a perfect ending

for a lone wolf

until you came

offering a bed for two

where we can lie down

and holding hands

under a patch of grass in summer

under a white blanket in winter

and steps of our children

you tamed the wolf

he is no longer alone
