Chrysogonus' "one night " translated into Chinese by Cui Yuwei

one night

Written in English by Chrysogonus
Translated into Chinese by Cui Yuwei

the summer moonlight
touched the lips of a lake
drying up on my pillow
demon was there
my heart waltzing
room full of shadow and absence
a giant hole with just me
and the standing silhouette
the demon knows
all about me
claws of cold whisper
in which I fell asleep
only this demon
would stay

  1. Terrific imagery in this poem Chrysogonus. Beautiful to see the Chinese language Cui Yuwei
